Start from a neutral, hands-down position; a short countdown will begin before recording.
Perform the sign clearly within the 3-second recording window while watching the progress bar.
Use the Cancel button or press Esc if you’re not ready or make a mistake; press Space to start quickly.
Ensure good lighting and minimize background distractions for better results.
